Transcripts & Website Content: We fetch and parse the YouTube video's transcript (text + timestamps) only when you click "Generate Summary."

Custom Settings: We store your custom prompt templates and preferences in chrome.storage.sync so they persist across your devices.

2. Use of Data

All transcript processing and prompt injection occur entirely within your browser. We open ChatGPT in a new tab and inject your prompt + transcript; we do not transmit your data to our servers.

3. Data Sharing

We do not collect, store, sell, or share your transcripts, prompts, browsing history, or any personal data with third parties. No authentication information, PII, or analytics data is collected.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies, trackers, or analytics in the Extension.

5. Your Choices & Rights

You may disable or remove the Extension at any time via chrome://extensions/. To clear your custom prompts, open the Options page and delete stored settings.
